Green Products and Technological Innovations

Focused on sustainable development in our research and development efforts, we actively collaborate with institutions such as the Shanghai National Cable Testing Center and Yangzhou University. Together, we are advancing the development and performance testing of low-smoke, halogen-free, low-toxicity, flame-retardant, and environmentally friendly cable materials. In accordance with GB/T 24256, our product designs meet energy-saving, environmental protection, and RoHS requirements of domestic and international laws and regulations. We adopt XLPE insulation to replace PVC insulation, high-temperature halogen-free flame-retardant fillers to replace glass fiber ropes, water-based isolators to replace talcum powder, and laser marking to replace ink printing, significantly reducing the environmental impact of harmful substances.

Carbon Footprint and Emission Reduction Measures

Carbon Neutrality Efforts:We have obtained greenhouse gas verification certificates and product carbon footprint certificates issued by the China Quality Certification Center, and we are gradually working towards the goal of carbon neutrality.
We have obtained quality certifications such as ISO9001, ensuring compliance with international standards and continuous improvement in our products.

Waste Management and Circular Economy

Addressing the issues of non-reusable raw materials and non-degradable auxiliary materials in the current cable production process, our company, from the perspective of sustainable development and environmental protection, selects degradable and recyclable raw and auxiliary materials at the design stage of the cables. We have developed a product lifecycle service system to track and trace products, promptly eliminating environmental hazards that arise during product usage. We also ensure the timely recycling and reuse of discarded products, effectively reducing the negative environmental impact of raw and auxiliary materials, and improving their reuse and effective utilization rates.practicully,We have signed recycling agreements with suppliers for the reuse of waste copper and PVC materials, minimizing waste through recycling and reuse.
Water Conservation in Industrial Production:
In our industrial production processes, we use recycled water and have established a "Water Conservation Management System" to regulate employee behavior. Public facilities are equipped with water-saving devices.

Energy Use and Management

We have installed a 9.01 MW photovoltaic power station, ensuring that renewable energy usage accounts for more than 100% of the building's total energy consumption.

Labor rights 
protection

We strictly adhere to and fully implements the "Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China" and other relevant laws and regulations. We follow the principles of legality, fairness, and equality in signing written labor contracts with employees on a voluntary basis. We ensure the lawful execution, alteration, termination, and cessation of labor contracts, maintaining a 100% signing rate for labor contracts. The company has established a fair and reasonable compensation system, ensuring timely and full payment of employee salaries. Following the principle of synchronized growth in business performance and employee income, we determine the annual average wage increase based on the company's annual business goals, the wage growth guidelines issued by the city, and benchmarking against industry labor costs and market wage levels.

As a welfare enterprise for disabled individuals, we provide suitable job positions for over 190 disabled employees(25% of the total number of employees), offering corresponding remuneration and humane care. We prioritize purchasing decoration and renovation materials that have environmental labels or green product certifications. Our supply chain construction is robust, meeting the green supply chain evaluation standards set by the China Quality Certification Center (CQC).

Our company has established clear ethical behavior guidelines, covering both internal and external activities, and the logical relationship between these guidelines and organizational values.
