Jiangyang Cable Co. Ltd Successfully Concludes 7th Union Committee and Workers' Representative Assembly

On December 15, 2023, Jiangsu Jiang Yang Cable Co., Ltd. held its 7th Union Committee and Workers' Representative Assembly in the company’s second-floor training room. The meeting was attended by the outgoing 6th Union Committee Chairman Fang Zhongjun, committee member Cui Jiangbing, and various employee representatives.

During the assembly, eight key agenda items were discussed and resolved:

1.Union Work Summary: Chairman Zhongjun Fang presented a comprehensive summary of the union’s activities and achievements during the 6th Union Committee’s term.
   
2. Approval of Election Procedures: The attendees discussed and approved the procedures for electing the new union committee members.
   
3. Nomination of Candidates: The assembly deliberated and finalized the list of candidates for the 7th Union Committee and the Audit Committee.
   
4. Election of Committee Members**: Formal elections were conducted to appoint new members to the Union Committee and the Audit Committee.
   
5. Establishment of the Women’s Committee: The 7th Women’s Committee was officially established with unanimous approval.
   
6. Formation of the Labor Dispute Mediation Committee: The 7th Labor Dispute Mediation Committee was formed to address workplace conflicts and disputes.
   
7. Creation of the Labor Protection Supervision Committee: The 7th Labor Protection Supervision and Inspection Committee was established to ensure adherence to workplace safety standards.
   
8. Establishment of the Labor Law Supervision Committee: The 7th Labor Law Supervision Committee was formed to oversee compliance with labor regulations.

Chairman Zhongjun Fang, in his report, expressed his hopes and expectations for the new union leadership, encouraging all members to work together to further enhance the union’s role within Jiangyang Cable Co.
